3️⃣ Using the Credit

  • No payment will be refunded through the original payment method after deposit.
  • The full amount will be converted into internal credit in your Trustedsmmprovider account.
  • You can use this credit for any new order on the website.

4️⃣ Non-Eligible Cases

  • Canceling a service after it has been completed successfully.
  • Personal dissatisfaction with the selected package after completion.
  • Any refund request submitted after 30 days from the payment date.
